Photographic series documenting a iconic sausage factory in Peckham that closed, they had shops all over south London. For generations it was our family’s favourite sausage, my grandad had a butchers shop and he insisted on Kennedy’s, we were very sad when it closed .

I used expired Kodachrome slide film to document the empty building.
